Lovely Professional University offers you the LPUNEST, a gateway to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This national entrance and scholarship exam assesses your academic potential and awards scholarships up to Rs. 9.52 lacs!
Choose between online proctored exams from home or test center-based options.
Since its inception in 2009, LPUNEST has been a gateway to a world of opportunities, with over 1 lakh students participating in 2023 alone for admission into more than 150 diverse programs. How to Apply LPUNEST
Online Mode
Visit admissions.lpu.in and complete the following steps
Step 1: Sign Up - Register onto LPUADMIT(admission.lpu.in) with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender and Password).
Step 2: Payment for LPUNEST Kit—The applicant must pay the cost of the LPUNEST Kit according to his/ her choice.
Application Fee:
A soft copy of the LPUNEST Kit is Rs. 1000 (for Boys and Girls).
The printed LPUNEST Kit costs Rs. 1500 (for Boys and Girls). Payment can be made using Online banking, Credit card, debit card, or UPI.
Step 3: General Information and Qualification details—The applicant needs to fill out the application form details, such as the Aadhar card number, address details, and qualification details.
Step 4: Exam Information - Applicant needs to book the slot (preferred venue (if applicable), date, and time as per their choice) to appear in the LPUNEST Exam. Applicants can also download the hall ticket from the portal.
Step 2 : Offline Mode
Offline Mode LPUNEST Kit may be obtained by the applicant from the University Campus or any other prescribed place by paying cash.
The cost of the Application form for the LPUNEST Kit is Rs. 1000 (for Boys and Girls).
Once the applicant has obtained the LPUNEST Kit, the application form can be submitted by one of the following methods:
Manual Application: Fill out the full application form (OMR sheet) after reading all the instructions as specified under the head “Instructions for filling Application Form (OMR sheet)” and send it to the university in the self-addressed envelope at the following Address: Block 30, Room No 102, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar Delhi, GT Road, Phagwara, Punjab, India – 144411
Note: Incomplete application (For example: Declaration not signed) will not be processed. LPU does not take responsibility for informing these applicants. Such applicants will not be able to access the LPU Admit. Applicants are hence advised to duly fill out the application form and dispatch it along with complete requisite documents in all respects.

Scholarship for a specific Programme depends on Performance in LPUNEST. The scholarship amounts are based on the 4 groups, 1,2 3, and, 4. Let's understand with an example in Group 1, a student scoring above the Category A cut-off will receive a scholarship covering 70% of the program fee, while in Group 2, the same score might correspond to a 60% scholarship. The scholarship percentages decrease with lower LPUNEST scores and vary across different program groups.
