TANCET MBA 2025 Provisional Allotment Result & Next Steps

As an important step in the centralised admissions process for MBA aspirants seeking admission across self-financed institutions of government - the Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu, announced the TANCET MBA 2025 provisional allotment result on its official counselling portal on August 2, 2025.

Eligible candidates participated in the online counselling and filled in their choices in order of preference can check their provisional allotment status using their candidate login credentials. Candidates have been allocated tentative allotment status in order to help determine their assigned seat depending on their rank, order of choice and category. If they have received a provisional allotment of a seat, they now can accept the seat, reject the seat, or choose upward movement and must indicate this before 5 PM on August 3, 2025.

The final provisional allotment list will be released on 4 August 2025. Candidates are advised to download their allotment order and make their fee payment if they are happy with their allotment. There will also be a supplementary counselling round being held on 6th and 7th August 2025 allowing eligible candidates one last opportunity to potentially obtain an MBA seat in the in-person counselling.

• View your tentative seat allotment result on the dashboard
• Check details like allotted college, course, and category

• Submit your choice before the given deadline
• Log out after saving your response
