The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has confirmed the exam dates for Class 10, Class 12, and the Diploma in Pre-School Education (DPSE) for the 2026 session. The announcement came after a board meeting held on August 13, 2025.
According to the official schedule:
- Class 12 board exams (regular and private) will be conducted from February 7 to March 3, 2026.
- Class 10 board exams will run from February 18 to March 3, 2026.
- DPSE examinations are set for February 10 to February 19, 2026.
- Practical examinations for all three — Class 10, Class 12, and DPSE — will take place between February 10 and March 10, 2026, with dates allocated individually by schools or assigned exam centres.
All theory papers will be held in the morning session from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Class 12 exams will span 17 days, Class 10 exams 9 days, and DPSE exams 8 days. The detailed subject-wise timetable will be made available on the official website — mpbse.nic.in.
MP Board Result 2025: Key Statistics
- Class 10: 9.92 lakh students appeared; pass percentage 76.22%
- Class 12: 6.75 lakh students appeared; pass percentage 74.48%
- In total, over 15 lakh candidates took the MP Board exams in 2025.
Exam Guidelines for 2026
Admit cards will be released in the last week of January 2026. Students must bring their admit card, school ID, and necessary stationery to the examination hall, arriving at least 30 minutes before the start time. Electronic gadgets, including mobile phones, calculators, and smartwatches, will not be allowed.
