The School Education and Sports Department of Maharashtra has issued a revised schedule for the ongoing First-Year Junior College (FYJC) Admission 2025 process. As per the updated timeline, the final merit list for Maharashtra FYJC Admission 2025 will now be announced on June 11, 2025. The updated admission dates were released following complaints from a large number of students regarding application issues.
Earlier, the department had planned to release the final merit list on June 8. However, after receiving feedback from over 84,000 students who reported difficulties in completing Part 2 of their applications or finding the section locked, authorities extended the deadline and revised the schedule to ensure a smooth admission process.
Over 12.75 Lakh Applications Processed
The Maharashtra FYJC admission process continues to witness massive participation, with a total of 12.75 lakh applications being processed this year. Students will be allocated seats across management quotas, inhouse quotas, minority quotas, and CAP round merit lists.
Extension of Registration Window
To accommodate affected students, the department extended the registration window on mahafyjcadmissions.in from June 3 to June 5 (until 2 PM), providing additional time for applicants to complete their submissions.

To help students and parents plan accordingly, here is the revised FYJC Admission 2025 schedule in a clear tabular format:

This ensures a more transparent and inclusive process for the FYJC admissions across the state.
