About the Job
As an Associate Video Editor at Mudita, you’ll help turn creative ideas and raw footage into polished videos. Working with the team, you’ll contribute across editing, visual preparation, and video making while building your skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.1. Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro, shaping clear, engaging sequences with thoughtful pacing, transitions, and sound.
2. Organize source files, select strong takes, and prepare project timelines so edits are easy to review and refine.
3. Create and adjust graphics, titles, and visual assets in Photoshop and Illustrator to support each video’s style.
4. Incorporate feedback from colleagues, make revisions accurately, and keep project files and versions organized.
5. Assist with filming by preparing for shoots, capturing footage, and checking that material is ready for editing.
6. Review completed edits for visual consistency, timing, and technical details before sharing them for approval.
7. Export videos in the requested formats and dimensions, and prepare supporting assets for delivery.
