About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Own end-to-end booking fulfillment across all active hubs.
2. Run hub-level P&L with weekly reporting, including revenue, cost per booking, and contribution margin.
3. Manage partner scheduling and shift planning, including daily rosters, leave, and backup protocols.
4. Drive partner utilization to a 70–80% fill rate.
5. Handle all operational escalations in real time, including delays, no-shows, and complaints.
6. Build and enforce SOPs for every operational workflow.
7. Execute the 90-day hub launch playbook for new locations.
