Internship Duration: 6 Months (Performance-Based PPO)
About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated MBA freshers and graduates who are passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and onboarding while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple functions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Follow up with candidates to improve interview attendance and joining rates.
Support offer rollouts, onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, CRM, and hiring reports.
Eligibility
MBA Freshers (HR preferred) or Fresh Graduates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for recruitment and people engagement.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following a BYOD policy.
