About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Ensuring the smooth functioning and coordination of assigned batches.
2. Addressing and resolving queries and concerns raised by department interns in a timely and effective manner.
3. Maintaining regular coordination and collaboration with the reporting HR Coordinator.
4. As per the defined workflow, assigning tasks between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
5. Conducting regular task update meetings and weekly review meetings, while maintaining accurate records of intern tasks, meeting attendance, performance, and overall progress.
6. Actively contributing to the whole recruitment process for department interns and general interns, including but not limited to:
i. Posting job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms as directed.
ii. Conducting initial screening and calling rounds.
iii. Updating and maintaining the recruitment tracking sheet.
iv. Creating and managing sub-batches for assigned interns.
v. Ensuring timely addition of interns to both the main group and respective sub-batches, as instructed.
vi. Conducting orientation sessions for newly onboarded department interns.
vii. Managing and maintaining all relevant onboarding and documentation processes.
7. Completing all assigned tasks, including presentations, job description (JD) creation, poster designing, policy drafting, HR case studies, onboarding processes, and organizational reports.
8. Actively participating in tasks such as orientation presentations, offer letter preparation, feedback collection, data management, and employee engagement initiatives.
9. Contributing to workflow planning, onboarding experience audits, and suggesting improvements for organizational growth.
Further, as per the designated working hours (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday), the intern is expected to remain active and available during this period.
