About the Internship
1. Assist in planning, costing, and finalizing tour itineraries2. Coordinate with hotels, drivers, guides, and local vendors – negotiate rates and confirm availability
3. Prepare quotations, booking vouchers, and client confirmations
4. Handle client communication on WhatsApp & email – enquiries, follow-ups, and payments
5. Maintain daily operation's tracker, vendor database, and costing sheets
6. Support in creating budget-friendly backpacker tour packages
7. Update leads, bookings, and payments in the internal system
8. Flag operational challenges and suggest solutions
