2. Extracting and organizing business data including phone numbers, ensuring a strong focus on mobile-only contacts suitable for SMS outreach.
3. Validating contact data to maintain high accuracy and usability standards.
4. Logging verified data into tracking sheets and internal systems with precision.
5. Sending messages on behalf of Ascent Labs.
6. Use ChatGPT and basic English to answer questions related to business.
7. Extracting and verifying realtors in the US near detailers and creating databases.
