About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source and screen CVs from job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
2. Conduct initial candidate screenings through phone or video calls.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
5. Collaborate with team members to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
6. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment information in the database.
7. Provide an excellent candidate experience by communicating timely feedback and updates.
