SNAP 2018 Selection Procedure

The SNAP Selection Procedure typically consists of two steps which are followed by the participating institutes once the exam is conducted. Based on the performance of the candidates, participating institutes would be shortlisting the candidates. 

The SNAP Result will be declared after the successful completion of the SNAP Exam which is conducted annually in the month of December. In the second step of the SNAP Selection Procedure, candidates would be applying for Group Exercise, Personal Interview, and Written Ability Test Rounds. The participating institute than releasing a merit list of students based on the scores obtained in the SNAP examination followed by the performance in the GE-PIWAT. 

The SNAP Merit List is expected to be announced in the month of February. If a candidate clears the cutoff of a particular SNAP Institute, he would be shortlisted to appear for Group Exercise, Written Ability Test, and Personal Interview Rounds. The SNAP Merit List would be generated based on the overall performance of the candidates in SNAP Selection Rounds.

The Universities then select students based on their scores out of 100. Each university has their own final cutoff.
