JBIMS MBA/MMS program has around 156 seats. Out of these seats, around 18 seats are for students from all over India. If the students need to get into these 18 seats based on their JBIMS CAT or CMAT scores, the students will need to take the JBIMS MAH-CET exam and join the JBIMS CAP process organized by DTE Maharashtra. If the student can’t commit to a full 2-year JBIMS MBA/MMS course, they offer a part-time JBIMS MBA/MMS course that takes 3 years to complete.
JBIMS provides different types of courses. There are full-time courses like JBIMS MBA/ MMS and M.Sc in Finance. They also have full-time JBIMS MBA/ MMS courses with specializations in Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Systems. JBIMS MBA/MMS that lasts for 2 years. To join JBIMS MBA/MMS. the students will need to have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 50% marks (45% for certain categories and disabled candidates from Maharashtra). In JBIMS MBA/MMS, you get the chance to specialize in five different areas: Finance, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and System and Digital Business. To get into JBIMS MBA/MMS, your JBIMS admission depends on your scores in exams like MAH-CET or JBIMS CAT. The students need to apply for JBIMS CAP Rounds, which are organized by DTE Maharashtra.
For the 2023-25 JBIMS Admissions, the students will need to choose students based on a process called In-person Assessment (IPA). This assessment will include activities like group work, a written test, and a personal interview.
JBIMS will also need to consider the student’s past academic record and some other details about him/her as well. The student’s overall score would be calculated by combining the student’s Application Rating Score (AR), which makes up 60%, and your In-person Assessment (IPA) Score, which makes up 40%. To get admitted, students need a minimum total score of 50 if they’re in the General Category and 45 if they are in a Reserved Category. So, JBIMS will be looking at the student’s application and interview scores to decide if the student will be able join the JBIMS MBA/MMS.
To prepare for admission to JBIMS MBA/MMS, interested students need to start by taking either the MAH-CET or CAT entrance exams to be able to enter the list of JBIMS CAT Cutoff scores. Once the students have achieved a satisfactory score on one of the said tests, the all can go ahead and apply for JBIMS Admission. JBIMS Admission involves participating in in-person assessments, which will be consisting of a Writing Aptitude Test (WAT), Group Activity, and a Personal Interview (PI).
