IIIT Delhi Fees Components
IIITD Fees Components consist of various components such as tuition fees, hostel fees, mess charges, examination fees, and other charges.
- Tuition Fees: The tuition fees for different programs at IIITD varies from INR 1.5 lakhs to INR 2.5 lakhs per annum.
- Hostel Fees: IIIT Delhi provides hostel accommodation to its students. The hostel fees for different programs vary from INR 30,000 to INR 60,000 per annum.
- Mess Charges: The mess charges at IIITD vary from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per annum.
- Examination Fees: The examination fees at IIITD vary from INR 1,000 to INR 5,000 per semester as per the IIIT Delhi Fees Structure.
- Other Charges: IIIT Delhi also charges other fees such as library fees, sports fees, medical fees, and transport fees.
IIITD Fees Rules
- Almost 12,000 INR is paid in addition to the IIITD Fees for tuition during admission and will become applicable only for those students who are taking admission in AY 2023-24. [Rs. 10,000 Security Money (Refundable)
- UG Students who are utilizing their respective semester leaves are not needed to pay fees in that very semester. However the students need to pay full fees during the extra semester that they are going to spend later.
- All the students who are admitted via the International mode need to bear all the medical expenses as well as mandatory vaccinations.
IIITD Hostel Fees
Apart from the IIIT Delhi Hostel Fees, there is a hostel security fee for all the occupants of 1000 INR. Here is the detailed IIIT Delhi Hostel Fees for all the categories as per the rules of IIIT Delhi.

IIIT Delhi Hostel Fees Rules
- The IIIT Delhi Fees for Hostel are revised annually.
- IIIT Delhi Hostel fee during summer & winter break is almost 50% of the actual applicable IIIT Delhi Hostel monthly fee.
- The refunded IIIT Delhi Fees for Hostel will be the balance amount left and after the fee for the period
till the month’s end when the withdrawal of the fees is asked for and accepted. - All the outside students have the chance to stay up to three days @Rs. 500/- per day as per the IIIT Delhi Fees for Hostel rules.
- The demand for payment of IIIT Delhi Fees for Hostel is raised during the very first week of July/December/November/April every year.
- A fine of Rs. 500/- per day is also applicable after the last date of payment of IIIT Delhi Fees for Hostel dues.

IIIT Delhi Scholarships and Financial Assistance
IIIT Delhi provides various scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious and needy students. - Merit-cum-Means Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to the top 25% of the students based on their academic performance and financial status.
