Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee Cutoff
Latest Updates: The IIT Roorkee Cutoff 2023 has been determined for all courses for the academic year 2023-24. IIT Roorkee BTech Admission 2024 is based on the JEE Advanced result, followed by the JoSAA Counselling process. IIT Roorkee cut-off 2024 for JEE Main will be announced following the completion of both Session 1 and Session 2 exams. For the year 2023, IIT Roorkee's overall JEE Advancement Round 6 closing cutoff for its flagship program, CSE, stayed at 412 in the general category. The threshold for students in the SC and ST categories was 109 and 61, respectively.
GATE scores are used solely to determine admission to IIT Roorkee MTech programs. Furthermore, the institute provides an MSc program based on the candidates' IIT JAM scores. The IIT JAM cutoff for Economics remained at 33 for general category students. For SC candidates, the final cutoff stayed at 513.

Placement: The minimum percentage of placements in each branch is 70%. My senior got placed in the foreign country, and the internships are far better than the other colleges. Some of my seniors did their internship in
Schlumberger, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, R&D, and much more companies.The placements are very good. The average salary is 15 lakhs per annum. Various high profiles and big companies like Cisco, Microsoft, Intel, etc. recruit here. Highest package for this year is from Microsoft which is about 1.3 crores& lowest package is 15 Lacs per annum.

Best college of North India
Faculty: The professors are highly qualified, but there is a gap between teacher and students due to a large number of student in a class. Besides this, the college has a good method of providing 1 teaching assessment for 15 students. The lab is done on a regular basis. The quality of professors is truly high.
