The IIM Ahmedabad MBA -PGPX placements are Concluded and about 128 students were hired in this process. The IIM Ahmedabad Placement 2023 report is live. According to this year’s audited report, the highest package has increased to a staggering 1.14 crores. The lowest compensation offered was for a position worth 17.50 lakhs, while the average pay for the cohort was 33.82 lakhs.
Three clusters were successfully used to complete the placement process for the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management graduating class at IIM Ahmedabad. On February 14, 2022, the third and final cluster was held.
The hiring procedure, using the idea of a "Dream” Application" gave students the option to select the industries and job functions they wanted for their final placement. During the 2022 placement season, 35 dream applications were received. The fact that the recruiting process for the class of 382 students was completed successfully speaks volumes about the quality of the institute’s students and the robustness of the placement procedure, which offers sufficient flexibility to both candidates and employers.
IIM Ahmedabad Placement Report: There were two stages to the placing procedure. The first was the "laterals" process, in which businesses interviewed college students with previous work experience and offered them mid-level executive roles. The final placement procedure was the second stage. Cohorts of enterprises were invited to campus in various clusters based on the profile presented, and cohorts were grouped into groups.
IIM Ahmedabad Lateral Placements: About 59% of the class qualified for lateral placement, giving students the chance to fully utilise their prior job experience. 60 companies from a variety of industries, including technology, hospitality, core manufacturing, consulting, general financial services, and online services, participated in the laterals process. Amazon, Browserstack, Matrix Partners, Extramarks, Microsoft, Oracle, Paytm, Sprinklr, Olam, Swiggy, Infoedge, Oyo, FinIQ, M3M, Tech Mahindra, Google, Arpwood Capital, Kepler Cannon, and lkigai Labs were just a few of the companies that took part in the laterals process.
Summer Internships: IIM Ahmedabad has finished placing its summer interns for the 2022–24 PGP class. In Phase 1, 60 firms participated. With 28 offers, The Boston Consulting Group was the top employer. With 23 offers, Bain and Company came in second. At IIM Ahmedabad, the number of cluster 1 offers from abroad has climbed by 50% in the last year. About 50 organisations participated in phase 2 of the placement drive, and Adani Group won with 16 offers. In Phase 3, 35 businesses participated, and TCS won with 11 offers.
IIM Ahmedabad MBA -PGPX Placements: Indian and foreign employers chose PGPX students from IIM Ahmedabad for leadership positions as well as middle and senior management positions. Vice president, director, leadership programme candidates, programme head, product head, assistant vice president, and general manager are just a few of the roles for which students have been hired.
This year, start-ups, both unicorns and soon-to-be unicorns, also hired a significant number of students from IIM Ahmedabad in addition to senior leadership and middle management posts by established corporations.
Interestingly, by hiring 24% of the students, consulting firms became the biggest employers this year. The BFSI, automotive, and information technology services sectors all hired close to 20%, 10%, and 7% of the students, respectively.

IIM Ahmedabad Placement Highlights 2023
- The PGPX (one-year MBA) placement campaign at IIM A is complete.
- During that time, the median income increased from INR 30 LPA (the MEP for the previous three years) to INR 36.2 LPA, a 21% increase.
- A three-year low, the highest package MEP for the one-year MBA at IIM A was INR 1.2 CPA in domestic packages.
- Five foreign offers were made this year, which is the most in the preceding four years.
- The average cost of an international package was $1,50,297. 172 offers were made to 121 students.
- Twenty new businesses participated this year.

IIM Ahmedabad Average Salary Package is one of the highest among all the B-schools in India. The placement record of IIM Ahmedabad has been outstanding over the years, with almost 100% of the students being placed in reputed companies. In the 2021 placement season, the average salary package offered to the students of IIM Ahmedabad was around Rs. 28.79 lakhs per annum. Best college To Study along with Personal development 5/5
Wi-Fi is available all across campus. No limit on usage. All classrooms are equipped with projectors and are fully Air Conditioned. Library is currently under renovation, and will most likely be opened by mid of 2018. The library has all genres of books, with leasing period variable for different class of students. For PGP it is 14 days. The online portal of library offers access of databases and journal websites to almost all the major journals and important databases. There is a small dispensary on campus, but there is no full-functioning hospital.I finanlised after qualifying Cat examination.

Placements were excellent. IIM A has cluster system (with companies of same field arriving on same day), almost 40% of batch I guess had offers by the end of cluster 1 (I. e. Consulting & Finance firms), including PPOs and lateral offers. 100% of students got placed. The highest, the lowest and Average can’t be calculated since a number of companies don’t give salary details in the Job Description Forms. But the highest for domestic would definitely be more than or equal to 50 LPA. Around 100+ firms participated across Consulting, Finance, Marketing, General Management, Technology, and BFSI profiles. Consulting took maximum students, my guess would be ~ 100. 100% of students got internships as it is a mandatory requirement. Stipend details are not shared by companies, but the highest domestic will ~ 3.5 lacs. Yes, there is a placement cell. It is responsible for ensuring internships and placements for all interested students.

Well it is by far the best management college in India, just score best percentile, be presentable in interview and group discussion and you are thru its admissions. Is an excellent college as a whole.

Placements are no doubt best here. The average salary is around 15-16 LPA and if totally depends on you what you are capable of.
