Candidates must apply individually for assisted and unaided undergraduate, graduate, and research programs. When you purchase a Prospectus with an application form, you will receive an application form. The prospectus supplied by the institute contains all of the instructions.
Bachelors and Masters Programs:
- Each Application form is given a serial number and is entered into the computer alongside an OMR sheet.
- Candidates for MCA must apply for TANCET in order to take the entrance test.
- Applicants for the Ph.D. and M.Phil. programs must download the application form from the University’s website.
- Offline mode of operation
Ph.D. and M.Phil. Programs:
- Visit the Bharathiar University website.
- Download the Ph.D. / M.Phil. application form.
- Read the instructions thoroughly.
- Fill out the form with the right information.
- Pay the application fee via check.
- Submit the application form in person or by mail.
- Pay the application fee through Demand Draft made payable to "The Registrar, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore" and made payable to Bharathiar University.
- Mention the applicant’s name on the reverse of the DD.
- Fees: INR 500 (for M.Phil.) and INR 600 (for Ph.D.).
- Documents Needed: Photocopies of 10th, 12th, UG, and PG DD mark sheets.
Gobi Art & Science College Bachelors Admissions
Gobi Arts and Science College’s curriculum includes a B.Sc. (Aided) of three years with five specializations, a B.Sc. (Unaided) of four fields, a BA (Aided) in Economics with three years, and a BA (Unaided) in English Literature & Language, B.Com (Aided) and (Unaided) with two specializations, BBA (Aided) and BCA (Unaided) programs of three years each. Applicants who have completed their 10+2 in any field from a recognized State/Central Board are eligible to apply for admission to any of these UG programs, B.Sc./BA/BBA.
The minimum qualifying criteria for B.Com is a 10+2 in Commerce/Mathematics from a recognized Board. Admission to each program is determined by their performance in the qualifying examination. The Institute publishes a merit list of the shortlisted candidates, and the students who are chosen are invited to finish the admissions process.

Gobi Art & Science College Masters Admissions
M.Sc. (Aided) in Mathematics, M.Sc. (Unaided) in four specializations, MA (Aided) in Economics, MA (Unaided) in English, M.Com (Aided), M.Com (Unaided) in Computer Application, MCA (Aided), and PGDCA (Unaided) programs are offered at Gobi Arts and Science College. M.Sc., MA, and M.Com programs are two years long, MCA programs are three years long, and PGDCA programs are one year long.
Applicants having a B.Sc. or equivalent degree in any relevant field from a recognized university are eligible for admission to the M.Sc. program. Applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject are eligible to apply for admission to the MA program. A B.Com degree is required for admission to the M.Com program. Similarly, aspirants with a BCA/ B.Sc. in IT/ CS degree from a recognized university and a background in Mathematics in 10+2/Graduation are eligible for MCA admission.

Aspirants can pursue part-time/full-time Ph.D. and M.Phil. programs with nine concentrations at the College.
