Placement Highlights
Stating the media reports, during BITS Goa placements 2023, the highest package offered was INR 60.75 LPA and the average package offered was INR 30.37 LPA.
The registrations for BITSAT 2024 have started. The last date for registering for Session 1 and Session 2 is 11th April, 2024. Moreover, the supposed date for BITSAT-2024 Session 1 exam is between 19th May, 2024, to 24th May, 2024.
BITS Goa is said to hold the prestigious title of being the number one technical institute in the non-government category, as recognized by India Today. Apart from that BITS Goa ranks among the top three institutions in the Pharmacy category according to the QS India Ranking.
Moreover, BITS Goa Ranking has secured a place within the top eight universities in the QS India Employability Ranking for 2022, underlining its commitment to producing highly employable graduates.
Notably, BITS Goa has played a pivotal role in encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship, with around 800 startups emerging from its ecosystem, including 14 unicorns and one decacorn.
BITS Goa and its dedication to research and development is further evident through the receipt of a substantial 125 crore DST Grant for the NMICPS project. In BITS Pilani Goa pursuit of creating a dynamic ecosystem for entrepreneurship and innovation, BITS Goa has engaged 200 million in resources.
BITS Goa Placement saw recruitment from the top 110 companies for the year 2023, with notable names like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft among the prominent recruiters. BITS Goa Highest Package 2023 reached INR 60.75 LPA, marking a substantial 35% increase, while the average package of BITS Goa also saw a significant 32% rise to reach INR 30.37 LPA.

BITS Goa Top Recruiters 2023 were around 110 different companies which visited the campus to offer job opportunities to the students who were about to graduate. Some of the notable companies that recruited students during BITS Goa Placements 2023 include Byjus, Mercedes Benz R&D, Lifesight, Accenture, Cashfree, Microchip, Man Energy Solutions, Aditya Birla S&T (ABST), Cisco, Microsoft Corporation, Maruti Suzuki, Adobe, Deloitte, Micron, Mathworks, Amazon, Meesho, Media.net, Latent View Analytics, and American Express.

BITS Goa Highest Package saw a rise from INR 45 LPA in 2022 to INR 60.75 LPA in 2023. Likewise, the BITS Goa Average Package increased from INR 23 LPA in 2022 to INR 30.37 LPA in 2023. The detailed salary package for the BITS Goa Placements 2023 is given below.
BITS Goa Placement System
The system of BITS Goa Placement has always been extremely positive. Most of the students have the career paths well-mapped out long before they even graduate. As per the official website almost 499 students from the BITS Goa Campus, 300 from the K K Birla Pilani Campus, 300 from the BITS Hyderabad Campus, and around 200 from the BITS Pilani Dubai Campus are available for placement.
Almost all of the students from BITS Goa Campus are successful in finding work. During the placement season of 2016-17, over 160 reputable companies visited the campuses, with many of them returning. The BITS Goa Placement has evolved to make the recruitment of BITS Goa Placement as simple as possible.
Each campus of BITS has a dedicated Placement Manager who is assisted by a student team of placement committee of BITS Pilani Goa volunteers who work to ensure that the process of BITS Goa Placement runs smoothly. A Placement Coordinator then leads the team, which is fully supported by a a Logistics Head, Pitching Head, and a team of approximately 49 volunteers each semester.
