NTA JEE Main 2024 Answer Key OUT (Download PDF). Birla Institute of Technology and Science, or BITS Pilani, is one of India’s top engineering schools. The institute completed the 2023 placement drive with a 31.5% increase in Average Salary and a 35% increase in the highest salary over the previous year. The highest Package was INR 60.75 LPA, and the Average Package was INR 30.7 LPA. Around 109 Recruiters took part in the placement drive. Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Visa, Adobe, and Cisco are among the top recruiters. The institute has also completed the Summer Internship Placement Drive for 2023. The Highest Package was INR 3.16 Lakhs. During the summer internship placement drive, students received 303 PPOs.

BITS Pilani Placement System
The BITS Pilani Placement scenario has always been extremely positive across all of BITS campuses. Most students have their career paths mapped out long before they graduate. Every semester, nearly 500 students from the Pilani campus, 300 from the K K Birla Goa campus, 300 from the Hyderabad campus, and around 200 from the Dubai campus are available for placement. Almost all of them are successful in finding work. During the placement season of 2016-17, over 160 reputable companies visited the campuses, with many of them returning. The placement process has evolved over time to make recruitment as simple as possible for both students and employers. Each campus has a dedicated Placement Manager who is assisted by a student team of placement committee volunteers who work to ensure that the placement process runs smoothly. For BITS Pilani Placements a Placement Coordinator leads the team, which is supported by a Pitching Head, a Logistics Head, and a team of approximately 50 volunteers each semester.
Placement Seasons Approximately half of the graduating class is placed in the first semester, with the other half placed in the second semester.
Semester I runs from August to November.
Semester II runs from January to April.

BITS Pilani placements are highly efficient in order to keep the recruitment process simple for both students and recruiters.
The following is a step-by-step procedure:
- About two months before the placement date, BITS Pilani contacts companies.
- Companies provide the necessary information to them via a Job Announcement form.
- Before sending a formal invitation to the companies, they review the requirements.
- They reach an agreement on a mutually convenient date and time for the presentation and selection process.
- They announce the visit to the students in the announcement form, along with the details provided by the company.
- They request that eligible students who are interested in the job apply at least a week before the start date.

Exam: Our College provides four integrated first-degree courses in Science, Technology, Pharmacy, Management, and Humanities. These courses include BE, BPharm, MSc, and MSc (Tech). Aside from these, BITS Pilani offers three higher degree courses as well including ME, MPharm, and MBA. It normally holds the BITS Higher Degree Online Test (BITS HD Online Test) in August for admission to ME and MPharm degrees, however it also accepts GATE/GPAT scores for admission.
