The last date to apply for the exam is 09 March 2024. The exam is scheduled for 05 May 2024 and the results will be declared on 14 June 2024.

The AIIMS Delhi Campus is divided into five sections:
East Campus: OPD Block, Main Hospital Block, Ward Block, Medical College, Research Section, Convergence Block, BB Dixit Library, Administrative Wing, Undergraduate Hostels, Central Lawn, Jawaharlal Auditorium, and Staff Quarters. This East Campus also houses the 4 Specialty Centers for Cardiothoracic + Neurosciences, Cancer Center, Center for Ophthalmic Sciences, and Center for Dental Education and Research.
West Campus consists primarily of staff quarters and residences.
JPNA Trauma Center - This facility is solely dedicated to emergency services. A tunnel + ramp-road link between the East campus and the JPNA Trauma Center Campus was also opened in June 2018. This link route is extremely useful for quickly transferring critical patients between the two campuses. Aside from the JPNA Trauma Center, a new 100-bed Plastic and Burns Surgical Unit Hospital is also open, as well as a Skin Bank for Burns Injuries.
Masjid Moth Campus - This location is home to new Post-Graduate and Resident Doctor’s apartments. There is also an underground parking garage here. A new OPD block, a mother and child care unit, a surgical block, and a geriatric block are also being built here. These new blocks are intended to reduce the patient load on the current OPD block in East Campus, which is currently being overhauled by approximately 10,000 outpatients per day.

Due to the exceptionally low price structure, students studying various degrees at AIIMS might be recognized for financial assistance regardless of their category. AIIMS Delhi Placements 2023: The institute does not currently offer direct placements in companies because the institute focuses on preparing students for higher education. AIIMS Delhi offers paid internships in its hospitals and other government hospitals to all UG and PG students.
The AIIMS Delhi internship programs (UG & PG only) provide students with a monthly stipend of INR 17,900.
Thus, junior residents pursuing post-graduation courses receive INR 64000 per month for a three-year tenure, while senior residents who have completed their post-graduation receive INR 74000 per month.

It comes as no surprise that one of the best medical universities in the country, AIIMS Delhi is well-equipped with all the modern facilities that are needed to make the lives of students easier and help with their skill enhancement and learning. Here is a brief about the various facilities that the institution has to offer.
Library: The AIIMS Library is well-equipped with all modern amenities and a vast book collection. The library building has two stories, a total space of 27000 square feet, with seats for 300 persons. In the discipline of Biomedical Sciences, the library houses around 61,423 volumes, 53,547 journals, and 14,008 papers. Every year, it receives approximately 490 journals and 80 newsletters.
Computer facility: In 1978, the Department of Biophysics added a computer facility to the institute. At the time, computerization was limited to Biophysics on a modest scale. The institute opted to teach the facility in 1987, and the Computer facility became fully operational in January 1989.
Central Workshop: The Central Workshop was founded in 1964 by the Australian government as part of the Colombo Plan to promote the repair and maintenance of World Class Biomedical Equipment. The Workshop has trained over 206 trainees from various state hospitals in India as well as poor nations in Southeast Asia such as Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Myanmar.
E.H.S. (Dept. of Family Medicine): AIIMS, Delhi has created E.H.S. (Dept. of Family Medicine) following the pattern of Central Government Health Services to take care of various elements of health care for AIIMS personnel and their families.
Electron Microscope: Under the RSIC/SIF program, the Department of Science and Technology (DST) of the Government of India constructed a Regional Electron Microscope facility at AIIMS in 1983. This facility is now known as the Sophisticated Analytical Instrument Facility (SAIF) - AIIMS, New Delhi, and is part of the DST’s SAIF Program.

Admission to Postgraduate Programs at AIIMS Delhi
There are various PG programs offered by the Institute namely M. Sc, M. Biotechnology, M. Cardiology, D. M., M. Ch., and M. D.
Admission to any of the Master courses takes place based on the merit list. Marks obtained by candidates in the entrance examination conducted by the institute are considered.
The question paper of M. Sc and M. Biotechnology consists of 90 Multiple Choice Questions. The question paper is of 90 marks and the duration is 90 minutes.
For admission to DM/M. Ch/MD, there is a two-phased performance evaluation, in which the candidates are required to qualify a written test consisting of 80 MCQs (carrying 80 marks with a duration of 90 minutes). The shortlisted candidates are advised to departmental clinical lab assessment.
Admission to Ph.D. Program at AIIMS Delhi
