The age limit must not be between 18 and 25/27 years. According to official standards, a three-year relaxation for OBC applicants and a five-year relaxation for SC/ST candidates brings the age limit to 28/30 for OBC and 30/32 for SC/ST.
SSC MTS Educational Qualification:
To apply for the SSC MTS 2024 Exam, an applicant must have passed Matriculation (10th class) or an equivalent exam from a recognized State Board, University, or Institute.
Eligible candidates for SSC Multitasking Staff recruitment will be shortlisted in three rounds. A candidate must pass each stage with a higher score than the declared cut-off. The three phases to be cleared are as follows:
Stage 1: Paper-1 (objective)
Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) or Physical Standard Test (PST) (only for the post of Havaldar)
The examination for SSC MTS 2024 will be held in two levels: Paper-1, PET/PST (just for Havaldar). Paper 1 is an online exam with objective multiple-choice questions.
The revised SSC MTS Paper-I Exam Pattern has been announced, along with the SSC MTS Notification 2024. There will be a computer-based examination separated into two sessions. Session I and Session II will be essential to complete. Session 2 will have a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect response, but Session 1 will not have any negative marking.
