SRM University Chennai admission 2024 are open now for both UG and PG programs. Following are SRM University important dates -
SRM University admission criteria is based on merit and entrance for different courses. Candidates must visit the official website of the university and fill out the application form available online for preferred courses. They must also upload the required documents and make the payment of the application fee. SRM University conducts its own entrance exam called SRMJEE. The exam is conducted in three phases with the exam fee of each phase being INR 1200.
SRM University (Sri Ramaswami Memorial University) is a renowned Private University in India. SRM Group was established in the year 1968. It has received approval from AICTE, UGC, and ICAR, etc. SRM University Chennai has received A++ accreditation from NAAC and National Board of Accreditation (NBA). In 2021, SRM University was awarded with the Green University Award for investing in and maintaining one of India’s most green campus. Tech CSE | Must complete 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics in addition to one of the following subjects: Business Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Biology, and Technical Vocational. obtained a minimum of 50% on the combined exams for the above mentioned topics. |
B. Tech ME | Must complete 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 50% marks in the above subjects taken together. |
Age: Must be 17 years old by December 31st of the year of admission, at the latest

Must complete 10+2 exam, which was administered by the relevant state or federal government and was recognised as being equivalent to the 10+2 exam administered by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). English was one of the required subjects, and the other optional subjects were either physics, chemistry, mathematics (P.C.M.) or biology (P.C.B. / P.C.M.B.).

M. Sc. Medical Physiology | Must complete a bachelor's degree in zoology, botany, biosciences, biology, or life sciences is required. Professional courses like B.S.M.S., B.U.M.S., B.A.M.S., B.H.M.S., BDS, BPT, BOT, MPT, or MOT are also acceptable. Age: 21 years old by December 31st of the admission year, or before. |

Ph. D. in Civil Engineering | Must complete a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technology-related field from a university recognised by the UGC, with a minimum of 55% of the possible points or an equivalent cumulative grade point average. Nonetheless, an applicant gets excused from the entrance exam if they have passed the appropriate subjects for CSIR, GATE, UGC, JRF, NET, and SLET.

Ph. D. | Must complete Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technology-related field from a university recognised by the UGC, with a minimum of 55% of the possible points or an equivalent cumulative grade point average. Candidates having valid scores in entrance exams like CSIR, GATE, JRF, NET, and SLET are also eligible for the program.
