Rathinam Technical Campus has Career Guidance and Placement Cell to train students. The Placement cell is headed by the Principal and all the activities are co-ordinated by the Vice Principal. Placement officers, HR managers, HR consultants and the Heads of the Departments are the members of it to ensure every student will have a better future. Some of the placement highlights are written and tabulated below:
UG Degree (4 years): A total of 234 students were admitted to Rathinam Technical Campus for UG Degrees in 2017–18, and 257 of them graduated in 2020–21. Of the 257 students, 223 were offered a median salary of INR 350000, and 12 chose to pursue further education. At Rathinam Technical Campus, 180 students were accepted for a four-year UG program in 2018–19, and 181 of them graduated in 2021–2022. Five of the 181 students chose to pursue further education, and 176 of the students were placed with median salaries of INR 550000.
PG Degree (2 years): Four students were enrolled to Rathinam Technical Campus for a 2 year PG Degree in 2019–20, and four of them graduated in 2020–21. Four of the students were hired, and their median pay was INR 620000. Rathinam Technical Campus accepted seven students in total for two-year PG degrees in 2020–21; five of them graduated in 2021–2022. Five pupils out of the total were assigned a median income of INR 780000.
