The national rankings for ayurveda and homeopathy education released in September 2023, elevated the local levels of truly quality medical education based on the national assessments. The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine and the Quality Council of India, recently declared the national rankings of ayurveda institutes across India. The Institute of Ayurved and Parul Institute of Ayurved and Research, were both listed as Grade A; with the Parul Institute of Ayurved being ranked 8th in the country, and the Parul Institute of Ayurved and Research getting the 11th rank across the nation. In addition, all 4 of the Homeopathy Institutes of Parul University were also recently announced to be rated among the best institutes in the country in the National Medical Assessment and Ratings released by the National Commission for Homeopathy. The Jawaharlal Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, Ahmedabad Homoeopathic Medical College, Rajkot Homoeopathic Medical College and the Parul Institute of Homoeopathy & Research all received a Grade A+ rating, thereby ranking them at the forefront of institutes in Gujarat and India for Homeopathy education.
The exceptional ranking and ratings scored by all 6 of Parul University’s institutes related to ayush, demonstrates its commitment to quality in education and standards in providing the delivery of Ayurvedic and homeopathic medicine. The NCISM & QCI ratings evaluate quality mechanisms used by the institutes through elements of quality such as infrastructure and resources, research, teaching and practice, innovation, etc., under which Parul University’s Ayurveda institutes scored high. Over the years, to uphold the highest standards of excellence regarding ayurvedic medical training and education the University has clearly demonstrated emphasis in providing quality clinical training supported by its NABH accredited teaching hospitals.
