At the University of Delhi in India, there is a prestigious college for women called Miranda House. Sir Maurice Gwyer, the university's vice-chancellor at the time, founded it in 1948. The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) has ranked it as India's top college for seven years in a row and it provides courses in the arts, sciences, and business.

The academic prowess, ethnic variety, and social activism of Miranda House are well-known. Many notable graduates, including authors, journalists, politicians, activists, artists, and scientists, have come from this institution. Anita Desai, Nandita Das, Brinda Karat, Sheila Dikshit, Meira Kumar, and Indu Jain are a few well-known Mirandians.

The campus and buildings at Miranda House are renowned for their magnificent designs. It is built of red bricks on the university grounds and has a style similar to other colonial educational institutions in the country. The initial design was produced by architect Walter Sykes George and has since been expanded. The college hostel, one of the university's first residence halls, can house 250 students. The college has a number of recreational facilities, a fully equipped library, a computer lab, a radio station, a botanical garden, and more.

Everything thing has its own Pros and Cons. It is how you perceive the atmosphere here. Make the best of opportunities available

Placement: The college has a fully devoted placement cell, but again, there are ample opportunities for students except for the science lot. However, more than 80% of people opt for further studies and government sector jobs. And the college is a top priority at bot

Faculty: This college boasts of the best faculty around. And being a student of this prestigious institution, I can assure you that this is true. The faculty is not only knowledgeable but also holds immense experience

Club: The society of delhi is really bad. And really one the polluted society however it is environment or people’s.
