Selection Process

The MBA selection is a holistic multi-stage process intended to evaluate the candidate holistically. The stages are:

Application and Score Evaluation:

Applications are shortlisted by the admissions committee based on exam scores, academic record, and overall profile. Short-listed candidates are thereafter invited for a micro-presentation round.

Micro Presentation:

Short-listed candidates are presented with a topic for which they have to give a micro-presentation. This is a test of the ability to communicate effectively, clarity of mind, and the ability to present and frame ideas within a very short period.

Personal Interview:

After the presentation, the contenders are individually interviewed by a group of industry people and faculty members. The interview is for assessing motivation, potential as a leader, career aspirations, problem-solving ability, and attitude.

Academic Performance and Work Experience:

Grades in graduation, 12th, and 10th are examined to realize consistency and academic ability. In addition, contenders with industrial experience might be given additional weightage for practical knowledge and maturity.
