PEC - punjab engineering college comes under the top most category of Indian engineering colleges. Its not easy to take admission in PEC as its admission is totally based on the JEE mains exam to need to crack JEE mains. If you did it then life is yours .

Many reputed comapnies visit for the drive at the end of 7th semester i remember last year Apple, Wipro, Google, doubtnut etc were there in placement drives. Its only upto you that how you express your skills in drive.

It’s one of the best colleges in India, ranked at No.15. Placements are great, but not much practical knowledge. People just pass courses to get the degree, only the ones who try to learn more than what’s taught excel at their job.

Punjab Engineering College(PEC), diversity in 1. Good Student interactions, high profile study, versatile clubs and societies, new friendly and young qualified faculty,expanding infrastructure, Better exposure and oppurtunities.

Our college is one of the oldest colleges across the country with an excellent alumni network. Until now the admission process was done through jac but from this year they have converted it to josaa.

6th semester for BE is dedicated for internships and known as internship semester. Many companies like jp morgan etc. Visit the campus in search for interns and if you do well during ur internship, u will be handed a pre placement offer. Apart from that approx. 150 companies visit the campus for placements. For Circuital branches, there are tonnes of placement opportunities but for non Circuital people, maintain a decent cgpa

Punjab Engineering college is one of the best colleges of the country. The admission is through JEE Mains. Faculty, Infrastructure, and Canteen, all are top notch. This is surely an amazing college.

Decent students which are keeping this college up. Electronics department is a joke. Not a single teacher at level of professor there. Nothing is done to stop rampant cheating in exams.

Many companies come for CS, IT, and electronics. The trend is also to not require minimum cgpa which is good for students. The only down side would be placement officer bans companies based on personal agendas and perceived insults to college.

PEC is an amazing institute to pursue engineering. A lot of good companies come for placements. Admission is done on the basis of JEE Main score. Infra and other facilities are top class.
