Kaziranga University, Jorhat Admission
Kaziranga University, a private university located at Jorhat, was established in 2012. It offers different courses in different disciplines, ranging from undergraduate, postgraduate to integrated courses in specializations of Business, Engineering, Basic Sciences, Computing Sciences, and Social Sciences.
- The admission process is done for the majority of courses through the online application on the official website of the university or through their agents located in various parts of the country.
- The undergraduate and integrated courses require the candidate to have completed 10+2 in their specific fields.
- The University offers the undergraduate courses spanning over a duration of 3-4 years, postgraduate courses for 2 years and integrated courses(undergraduate and postgraduate courses together) for 5 years. All the candidates must check all the required eligibility criteria before filling the application form.

Application Procedure :
All the candidates can visit the official website of the university for admission in various Kaziranga University Courses and can fill the forms for their respective courses after going through the eligibility criteria and requirements for the same.
Candidates must read and follow the complete instructions provided in the website before filling the form.
Candidates can download the application form from the university website and then send the completed form with a demand draft of Rs. 500 to the address provided. Also, they can personally visit the University campus and can collect the prospectus and application form after payment of Rs.500.
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA Courses
- Must have passed or appeared for final year of Bachelor's Degree from any UGC recognized university, with 50% marks and English language as a mandatory subject.
- Qualified in any National level Management Admission test. This includes CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, KUEST etc.
- For MBA Tourism Management, the candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or appear for the same, from UGC recognized university with 55% minimum marks and English language as a mandatory subject.
B.Tech Courses
- Passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subjects as one of the other subjects.
- Must have obtained 45% marks (40% in case candidate falls under reserved category) in the subjects mentioned above taken together.
M.Tech Courses
- Passed B.Tech/BE in relevant discipline with at least 50% marks (45% if reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
M. Com
- A graduate degree (3 years) in Commerce with 45% marks in aggregate.
BBA, B.Com, Integrated BBA- MBA and B.Com-M.Com courses
- 10+2 Science/Commerce completion with 45% marks(40% for reserved category)
MCA
For Lateral entry in 3rd Semester
- Have Passed B.Sc(IT), BSc(CS), BCA, DOEACC/NEILIT (B Level)
For Direct Entry
- Any Graduate with Mathematics as one mandatory subject at 10+2 level
- MA/M.Sc in Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics
M.Sc IT
- Have a Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics/Physics/Computer/IT as one of the mandatory subjects with 45% marks( 40% for reserved category candidates)
Integrated B.Sc - M.Sc IT
- Have passed 10+2 level with Mathematics/Physics/Computer/IT as one of the mandatory subjects with 45% marks( 40% for reserved category candidates)
Integrated B.Sc - M.Sc
- Have done 10+2 with 45% marks( 40% for reserved category candidates)
M.Sc Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry
- Completed B.Sc (Physics) with 45% marks( 40% for reserved category candidates)
- For M.Sc Mathematics, B.Sc in Mathematics or Statistics or Physics is required with 45% marks( 40% for reserved category candidates)
