Jadavpur University Placement for the year 2023 was remarkable with the highest placement package of INR 85 LPA to a student from Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
Jadavpur University Kolkata boasts an extensive talent pool available for recruitment, featuring a diverse array of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. According to media reports 2023, the university received a total of 1,200 job offers, resulting in the recruitment of over 1,000 students. Approximately 35 students secured offers ranging from INR 40 LPA to INR 80 LPA, while more than 100 students received offers between INR 35 LPA and INR 45 LPA.
Some of the Jadavpur University top recruiters that participated in the Jadavpur University 2023 placement drive included Google, Microsoft, Texas Industries, and Samsung.
In addition, the Jadavpur University Engineering NIRF report for 2023 indicated that the median placement package for BTech and MTech programs in 2022 stood at INR 10 LPA and INR 9.10 LPA, respectively. The placement rates for B.Tech and M.Tech programs in 2022 were 85% and 71%, respectively. Over time, Jadavpur University has established itself as a top choice for leading organizations when it comes to campus recruitment drives.
