Admissions to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi are available through numerous universities and their affiliations. Furthermore, students can get admission to GGSIPU in a wide range of courses by taking multiple national-level entrance exams according to the degree they wish to pursue. The IPU University provides a diverse range of undergraduate, postgraduate, vocational, and doctoral programs in fields such as life sciences, architecture, engineering, and law, among others.

IPU Admission takes place during March or April, offering 60 plus courses, students must additionally take common entrance exams, which are conducted either by the institution (IPU) or by specified authorities recognized by the Indraprastha University (IPU) like CUET, IPU CET and many more.

In addition to the previous, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has authorized the programs provided by Indraprastha University for IPU Admission. GGSIPU Delhi B.Tech Admission Process

  • Aspirants for B.Tech must apply for JEE Main and acquire a valid score.
  • Fill out the exam form, pay the exam money, and take the CET for the remaining courses.
  • Submit your JEE/CET scores to GGSIPU’s official website.
  • Keep up with the counselling sessions because if you’re chosen based on your score, you’ll have to go through three rounds of online counselling.
  • During the counselling sessions, you will be assigned a seat, and you will be required to pay the course price as well as all required documents within the time range specified.
  • Before enrolling, the documents will be validated.

GGSIPU Delhi B.Arch Admission Process

  • B.Arch candidates must take the NATA Examination of the Council of Architecture.
  • Fill out the admission form for the B.Arch program at GGSIPU.
  • Candidates with legitimate test results will be eligible for counselling.
  • A seat will be assigned throughout the counselling process, and candidates must submit their documents for verification and pay the price to reserve their place.

IPU PG Admissions 2024

IPU Admission in PG programs - students must meet the program’s eligibility requirements. The university provides a variety of medical courses such as MBA, MCA, M.Tech, and so on. IPU Admission 2024 Process - PG

  • Students must apply for and pay for the relevant national-level entrance examination (GATE for M.Tech and CAT for MBA).
  • Then, candidates must submit the GGSIPU application form, and candidates for the M.Tech and MBA programs must take the CET.
  • If a kid has passed the cutoff, he or she is invited to attend counselling sessions.
  • Students having CAT/GATE scores are prioritized during the MBA and M.Tech selection processes. If the seats remain unfilled after that, a CET is held, and further selection is based on that.
  • Students must keep track of the counselling schedule.
  • If you are chosen during counselling, you must submit the course cost and the appropriate documentation within a certain time frame for further verification.
  • For the MBA in Disaster Management, grades obtained in the qualifying test on a 100-point scale and a personal interview are taken into account. In addition, one mark is added for each consecutive year. A merit list is created using all three criteria. Shortlisted students must provide documentation for verification as well as pay the application cost.
  • Candidates for MBA Sectorial Specialization must pass a qualifying examination as well as a personal interview. A merit list is established based on the score, and shortlisted students must submit paperwork and pay fees to reserve their seats.

IPU Admission 2024 Process - MPhil

  1. Students must complete an application form and select the subject they wish to study at the university.

IPU Admission Counseling 2024

The E-admit card will be accessible on the official GGSIPU website following CET registration. Candidates are urged to show up at the suggested examination location on or before the reporting time noted on the e-admit card. Candidates should regularly visit the GGSIPU website for updates on admissions. 

For candidates who received equal marks, the GGSIPU merit list would be prepared based on inter-se merit, with the candidate who was older receiving a higher ranking. Then, those who are qualified are contacted for a round of counseling. One week before the start of counseling, the University’s website will display the list of chosen students for the first round of counseling. Allotment of seats to the candidates will be made only when He or she shows up in person for the counseling session. At the time of admissions counseling, a candidate who is given a seat is required to pay the required fee right away and on the spot. 

IPU Result - How To Check?

IPU runs all of its courses in an odd-even semester schedule. The end-of-term exams for the even and odd semesters are held in May/June and December, respectively. 1-2 months after the exam is successfully completed, GGSIPU releases the results. Students who are dissatisfied with their grades can request the release of their answer scripts by making the necessary payment. IPU results can be viewed and downloaded by going to the university’s official website.

The college is overall an average on all perspectives. Since it is a government university, the college management is based on Delhi government but far more better than any other government sector or college.

Guru gobind singh university offers numerous courses and I was lucky to be aort of this univeridty. I did my BBA from this university. Admission was done on the basis of commn entrance test and most if the seats are alloted to Delhi students only. I am from delhi so it was am advantage for me.

when i passed my class 12th exam my % was quite lo 77.7% and as you guys know its quite difficult to get admission with this % in many colleges but trust me i never leave my hope , i was determined that i have to take admission in one of the top colleges of India.
