Latest Updates on DTU Admission: Following are the latest updates at DTU Delhi Admission-
- Gate 2024 Result has been announced.
- The registration for UG Courses at Delhi Technological University through CUET UG is ongoing. Interested candidates can apply online, the last date to apply is 26 March, 2024. Moreover, the CUET UG exam is scheduled to be held between 15 May, 2024 and 31 May, 2024.
- Registrations into BBA course for the academic year 2024 are ongoing.
- For DTU Admission (UG), CUET UG exam dates have been published and the said exam is going to be held from May 14 to May 31, 2024.
- DTU Admission 2024 is expected to start in June 2024. DTU Delhi accepts JEE Main Scores for BTech Admission, and GATE scores for M.Tech Admission. Apart from BTech and MTech courses DTU Delhi also offers BBA, BDes, and BA Hons programs at UG Level. Delhi Technological University Admission accepts B.Des admission based on the UCEED scores of the Candidates. For Delhi Technological University Admission to BBA and BA Hons programs, CUET UG Score is considered.
- At the postgraduate level, DTU Delhi offers MBA and MSc programs, and a PhD is offered at the doctoral level. DTU offers lateral entry into its flagship B.Tech program as well as admissions under continuing education for working professionals. Candidates seeking admission through lateral entry into B. Tech programs are required to appear for the university’s entrance examination.

Delhi Technological University Admission 2024: BTech Admission Criteria
DTU Offers a Flagship B. Tech program in 16 specializations namely Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, etc.
DTU also accepts applications from the best-qualified applicants for B. Tech lateral entry admissions. NRI/ PIO/ Foreign Nationals candidates, on the other hand, can apply for admission through DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad). JEE Main scores will be used to determine admission for such students.

- DTU Admissions for BBA: The Candidates should have 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/PWD) in 10+2 along with English as one of the main subjects. 45% marks are required for OBC-NCL and Defence Personnel.

DTU Admissions 2024: MTech Selection Process
DTU Delhi offers an M.Tech Program as per the brochure of Delhi Technological University Admission at the PG level for multiple specializations for two years at the PG level. The college also offers Full-Time and Part-Time Sponsored M.Tech courses as per Delhi Technological University Admission through an entrance test.
For all the Non-GATE Qualifying students the Institute will be organizing a test of admission so the candidates will be able to apply for those by just applying separately as per the rules of Delhi Technological University Admission. The university is also providing M.Tech admission to Sponsored Candidates.

DTU Admission 2024: EMBA Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST/ PWD) marks in any Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Candidate should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% (40% for SC/ST/ PWD) marks in any Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university for some specific MBA Specializations like Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development, Business Analytics and Family Business and Entrepreneurship.
- For EMBA program the Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 50% (40% for SC/ST/ PWD) from a recognized university.
- Candidates should have a Minimum 3 years of work experience after four years degree (B.E., B Tech., B.Arch. etc.) .

DTU Admission 2024: EMBA Selection Criteria
- For the MBA Executive program the Final admission is based on the Merit of the Candidates in Academics, Work Experience followed by GD/ PI.
For final Selection, the Candidates with higher marks in their graduation degree will be given more preference.

Delhi Technological University Admissions: PhD Specializations
Candidates should have an equivalent minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in their PG degree.
For Management Specializations
Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Management/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Economics & Humanities from a recognized university with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
For Design

Placement: The best placements are provided in the college. Packages offered are not much high, but the number of placements is high. The average package offered is 7 LPA, and the highest package offered is 24 LPA. A huge number of internships are provided. About 90% of the student’s intern during college. The college also has a placement cell, and it is excellent. Almost all the big companies visited our campus this year including Google, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and De Shaw, etc

A very good college providing all kinds of learning and cultural activities.
Placement: The placements are pretty good in DTU. All reputed companies both technical and non-technical, national and multinationals come to the college and offer good placement and internship opportunities to the 3rd and 4th-year students. The package offered highly depends upon the job profile. Non-technical profiles provide the packages as high as 30 lpa whereas, in the mechanical engineering, the packages offered by domestic recruiters are around 8 lpa is the average. Again this depends upon the academic and non-academic skills of the students. The CGPA of 7.5 is considered the safe boundary.

Faculty: Faculty members in the college are available comprising of many M tech and Ph.D. students as well as professional teachers too. They all are having a good knowledge of their respective subjects. Some teach only through the notes. The course curriculum is well prepared so that if you have studied, once you need just to revise it before exam day. Faculty members are quite helpful and supportive. They can solve any problem of students related to the course.

A very good college providing all kinds of learning and cultural activities.
Faculty: DTU has the most educated faculty from all around the country. They are always available to provide all kinds of help a student deserves to get. They are also very much open to the research ideas proposed by the students and also actively take part in being faculty advisors for various tech societies and teams. The course curriculum is at par with both the national as well as international standards for engineering.
