The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) is ready to start the last stage (Phase 3) of the TS EAMCET 2025 counselling process related to admissions in engineering colleges on August 5, 2025. TS EAMCET phase 3 counseling is very important for candidates who have missed earlier stages or cases or made choices and now want to change them to try to get into colleges or branches of their choice. These actions will be initiated through registration for fresh cases and payment of the processing fee and slot booking for certificate verification on August 5.
Then TS EAMCET certificate verification will be on August 6 and on August 6 - 7 web option entry will take place. Candidates should be aware that all options will be scratched, meaning candidates will need to enter options again during web entry of choices in this final stage. Seat allotment will be released on August 10, 2025 and candidates who enroll in any case will pay the tuition fee and complete online self reporting on the TS EAMCET 2025 portal between August 10 to 12, 2025.
Candidates who get a new college or branch allotment will have to complete a second qualifying requirement of physically reporting (showing up in person) at the college August 11-13, 2025. This is the last chance candidates will receive to take up a seat in a college through TS EAMCET counselling. As such candidates should be aware of the deadlines they must complete procedures associated with this sub process.

Eligibility for TS EAMCET Counselling Final Phase
- Candidates who qualified TS EAMCET-2025 but did not participate in counselling earlier phases are eligible.
- Candidates who did not get their certificates verified in earlier rounds are eligible.
- Candidates who got them verified but did not exercise the web options in earlier rounds are eligible.
- Candidates who exercised the web options but were not allotted any seat earlier are eligible.
- Candidates who were allotted a seat previously but are not satisfied and want to attempt again for a better option are eligible.
- Candidates who paid the necessary fee but did not self-report online or did not report to the college allotted are eligible.
- Candidates whose seat was earlier cancelled due to non-reporting or for some other reason but are still eligible to enter because of their need or disability.
- Candidates who wish to change their branch/institute and have completed any necessary eligibility criteria are eligible.
