The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) has officially announced the TN HSC Class 12 Result 2025 today, May 8, at 9:00 AM. More than 8 lakh students who wrote the exams from March 3 to March 25, 2025, can now check their results online.

How to Check TN HSC Result 2025

Students can check and download their marksheets by following these steps:

  • Go to the official websites:
  1. dge.tn.gov.in
  2. tnresults.nic.in
  • Click on the link for "TN HSC Result 2025".
  • Enter your date of birth and registration number.
  • Submit the details to see your result.
  • Download and print the provisional marksheet for future use.

Alternative Means of Accessing TN 12th Results 2025

Apart from the official websites, students can also access their results through:

DigiLocker:

  • Go to results.digilocker.gov.in
  • Log in using your Aadhaar-linked mobile number to access the provisional certificate.

SMS Services:

  • Candidates will get their result through SMS on the mobile numbers during the registration process.

TN 12th Passing Criteria and Supplementary Exams

To clear the TN Class 12 exams, students need to obtain a minimum of 35% in every subject. Students who fail to achieve this will be given a chance to appear for the supplementary exams, which are likely to be held in June 2025. The results of these exams are likely to be announced in July 2025.
