Amrita AEEE 2025 Counselling Begins: CSAP Registration Open at aeee.amrita.edu

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham officially started the counselling and seat allotment process for AEEE 2025, admitting suitable candidates to its BTech programmes at some of its campuses. Candidates who have taken the AEEE 2025 exam or who wish to apply based on their JEE Main 2025 rank can now register themselves for the Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP 2025) through the official web portal.

This is the climax of Amrita's admission for the 2025-26 session, providing the student with a chance to study engineering at one of India's top private universities.

Who is Eligible to Avail AEEE 2025 Counselling?

The CSAP 2025 counselling is available to:

  1. Candidates who have passed in AEEE 2025 (Phase 1 or Phase 2),
  2. Candidates applying based on JEE Main 2025 score.

Both streams of students are eligible to register and get counselling. Admission will be based on merit, preference, seat, and eligibility criteria as determined by the university.

Learning CSAP 2025: What is the Centralised Seat Allotment Process?

The Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) is the web-based mode used by Amrita University to conduct BTech counselling. Under CSAP, candidates need to:

  • Register themselves online.
  • Inform them of their academic choice (branch choice and campus combination)
  • Pay the CSAP counselling fee to secure their admission.

CSAP simplifies the admissions process by merging AEEE as well as JEE Main candidates under one common allotment process. Seat allotment will be done based on rank, category, as well as candidate's priority list.

Step-by-Step Procedure to Admit in Amrita AEEE 2025 Counselling

Here are step-by-step registration steps for CSAP 2025:

Step 1: Go to the Official Portal

Log in to the official portal aeee.amrita.edu, through which all counseling processes are being conducted.

Step 2: Begin Registration

Click on the 'CSAP Registration' link and begin entering your academic and personal details as and when requested.

Step 3: Confirm Through OTP

You will be asked to verify your registration through a One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

Step 4: Input Academic Preferences

Students are requested to input at least one academic preference during registration. An academic preference is a BTech branch and a campus. You can input a maximum of 42 such preferences in order of priority.

Step 5: Payment and Final Submission

Pay online counseling registration fee as indicated online through the payment gateway provided. Upon successful payment, view and submit the form.

What is an Academic Preference in CSAP?

An academic preference is a combination of a specific BTech course (Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) and an Amrita campus (Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Amritapuri, etc.). One preference is an exclusive branch campus. Preferences are sought from the candidates based on interest, career aspiration, and geographical preference.

AEEE 2025 Phase 2 Results to be Declared by May 19

The AEEE 2025 Phase 2 result will be announced on or before May 19, 2025. The result will be available through log-in to the student portal of the official website.

Important Details for Candidates

  1. CSAP registration is mandatory for all the candidates appearing for BTech courses under AEEE or JEE Main.
