About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Respond to people who engage with our content, community and offers through channels such as: Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Email and other communication platforms used by the business
2. Respond to enquiries.
3. Start conversations with interested prospects.
4. Understand why they reached out.
5. Keep conversations natural and human.
6. Identify whether they may benefit from speaking with the coach.
7. Your job is not simply to book everyone who shows interest, you will learn to understand: What the person is currently experiencing, where they are on their Twin Flame journey, what they are struggling with, what they want to change, whether they are genuinely looking for support, whether coaching appears to be an appropriate next step.
8. You will use our qualification framework and conversation scripts while keeping the conversation authentic.
9. When a prospect is appropriately qualified: Introduce the coaching call, explain what the call is for, offer available times.
10. Schedule the appointment correctly.
11. Confirm the prospect's details.
12. Ensure the prospect receives the relevant information.
13. Record the appointment in the appropriate system.
14. You will follow up with: people who expressed interest but didn't book, people who started a conversation but stopped responding, people who booked but haven't confirmed, people who need additional information before deciding.
15. Appropriate past leads as directed by the business.
16. Follow-up should be persistent without being pushy.
17. You will help improve show-up rates by: confirming appointments, sending appropriate reminders, checking whether the prospect needs anything before the call.
18. Following up with no-shows appropriately.
19. You may also support the coach with basic client experience and administrative tasks, such as: sending onboarding information, sharing links and resources.
20. Coordinating schedules.
21. Following up on client communication.
22. Maintaining client records.
23. Helping organise coaching-related information.
24. Supporting community or event communication when required.
