About the Job
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building professional relationships? We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telecaller to join our growing team and support our B2B lead generation and SaaS sales efforts.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversations, understands customer needs, and wants to build a career in sales, business development, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with potential B2B clients through outbound calls and introduce our services and solutions
2. Identify business needs and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations
3. Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with interested prospects
4. Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive daily talk time
5. Understand client pain points and recommend relevant SaaS and digital solutions
6. Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system
7. Build and nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups
8. Achieve daily and weekly targets related to calls, lead generation, and meeting bookings
