This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping students make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos
2. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
3. Clearly explain program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes
4. Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport
5. Guide students through the end-to-end admission process
6. Assist with documentation, fee payments, and onboarding
7. Ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment
8. Maintain CRM data and follow up consistently to maximize conversions
9. Track call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures
