Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
2. Guide students about online degree programs and educational opportunities.
3. Help students choose suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
4. Maintain accurate student follow-up and communication records.
5. Support the admissions team throughout the enrollment process.
6. Answer student queries related to courses, fees, and admission procedures.
7. Build positive relationships with students through regular communication and support.
8. Encourage and motivate students to continue their education and career development.
