About the Job
We are expanding our institutional growth and corporate partnerships division. We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented professionals to drive our student onboarding initiatives. Your primary focus will be managing end-to-end enrollment pipelines, evaluating applicant documentation, and identifying eligible candidates for various flexible degree programs and scholarship pathways. Your core focus will be to reach out to and assist 12th-pass and final-year graduation students who want to pursue higher education but are held back by extreme financial constraints.Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively reach out to students seeking educational support and understand their academic goals
2. Educate students about flexible and affordable online/distance degree programs and available scholarship opportunities
3. Guide students through the enrollment, verification, and documentation process
4. Coordinate with management to present fee-waiver cases for deserving and financially challenged students
5. Achieve monthly student support and counseling targets to maximize social and organizational impact
