About the Job
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to promote and process instant personal loan products from leading banks and microfinance companies across India. The role includes outbound calling, lead qualification, explaining loan features, documentation support, and ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers across India for personal loan offerings.
2. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and processing details clearly and politely.
3. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable bank or microfinance loan options.
4. Collect required customer information and verify details as per company guidelines.
5. Generate, follow up, and convert leads into successful loan applications.
6. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up status.
7. Coordinate with backend and processing teams to ensure timely approvals.
8. Handle customer queries and objections, and provide proper resolution.
9. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
10. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, data privacy, and company process standards.
