About the Job
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Meta Ads Consultant to join our performance marketing team. If you have a flair for social media advertising, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a desire to grow in one of the most dynamic areas of digital marketing, this role is for you.As a Junior Meta Ads Consultant, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the creation, launch, and management of Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across various objectives — Awareness, Traffic, Leads, and Conversions.
2. Research and build audience segments using Meta’s targeting tools, including Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and interest-based targeting.
3. Monitor ad performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Frequency) and prepare regular performance reports.
4. Support the development of creative briefs and collaborate with the design team on visual assets.
5. Run A/B tests on creatives, ad formats, audiences, and placements to improve campaign performance.
6. Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad scheduling on a day-to-day basis.
7. Track pixel events and conversion goals using Meta Business Suite and Events Manager.
8. Stay up to date with Meta algorithm changes, new ad formats, and platform updates.
