About the Job
Key responsibilities:• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates for IT roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases to identify qualified IT professionals.
• Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for various roles (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps).
• US Tax/Visa Knowledge: Screen candidates based on work authorization (US Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, OPT, CPT) and work with tax terms like W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099.
• Client/Account Coordination: Partner with hiring managers or VMS/MSP partners to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate salaries, rates, and offer terms with candidates.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documentation (submittals, background checks, on boarding) is completed according to company and client policies
