About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings.
2. Posting job openings on portals to increase the pool of candidates.
3. Utilizing internal databases to identify potential candidates.
4. Developing proactive sourcing strategies to engage and build a pipeline of passive talent.
5. Reviewing resumes, cultivating referrals, and pre-screening candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
6. Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals and online channels.
7. Overseeing candidate experience and communication at all stages of hiring, including application, interview, selection, and joining.
8. Prioritizing and tracking job orders to fulfill client needs.
9. Increasing the number of qualified applicants in the database.
10. Familiarizing with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions.
11. Meeting or exceeding weekly performance goals and expectations.
