Business Development Associate (Commission / Profit Sharing Basis)As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. We are looking for dynamic, well-connected, and self-motivated professionals with strong industry exposure in advertising, branding, printing, signage, exhibitions, retail branding and marketing solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who already work within the industry, possess a strong professional network and are interested in collaborating on a commission / profit-sharing basis.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, industry connections, referrals, cold outreach and client meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, brands, retailers, corporate companies and business partners.
Promote and generate business for services related to:
Advertising & Branding
Printing & Production
Signage & Outdoor Branding
Exhibition & Event Branding
Retail Store Branding
FSU / POSM / Display Solutions
Creative & Design Services
Requirements
Strong experience or network in advertising, branding, printing, signage, exhibitions, retail branding or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
Individuals with an existing client base or strong work portfolio will be preferred.
Must be comfortable working on a commission / profit-sharing model.
Important Note
We are specifically looking for professionals, freelancers, consultants, marketing associates or business generators who already have industry exposure, business contacts or a strong portfolio and are interested in long-term collaboration on a commission-based association model.
