About the Job
Key Responsibilities:· Handle e-commerce accounting, including sales, returns, settlements & receivables reconciliation.
· Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime – sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals & ledgers.
· Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, ITC, RCM & GST.
· Prepare E-Invoices & E-Way Bills and resolve related issues.
· Manage TDS compliance, returns & reconciliation.
· Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable, vendor/customer reconciliation & ageing.
· Support manufacturing accounting, inventory, purchases & sales.
· Coordinate with GST, TDS & audit consultants.
· Identify and resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies.
