Key responsibilities:Conduct client requirement gathering and site measurements.
Develop space planning and layout options.
Create concept presentations and mood boards.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings including:
Layout Plans, Furniture Plans, Ceiling Plans, Electrical Plans, Flooring Plans, Elevations
Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders.
Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.
