Key responsibilities:1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
6. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
8. Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and documentation.
9. Maintain recruitment data and reports.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
