About the Job
As an HR Trainee at Elewayte, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, training, and development. Your knowledge of English proficiency will be essential in communicating effectively with candidates, employees, and external partners.1. Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Help with employee relations by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining employee records.
4. Coordinate training and development programs by organizing training sessions and tracking employee participation.
5. Assist in performance management processes by collecting feedback, conducting evaluations, and providing support to managers.
6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
