1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
2. Maintain employee records and HR databases
3. Handle onboarding and exit formalities
4. Support payroll and attendance management
5. Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline
6. Assist in HR policies, performance reviews, and training programs
7. Coordinate with management for manpower planning
8. Ensure compliance with company rules and HR regulations
