As a Human Resources Specialist at START-UP SAHAY PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth and success of our company. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is proficient in MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization.
2. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
5. Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
7. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
